Okay so I bought this so I can play retro games, specifically ps2 games with emulator.
The quality of this controller is very good, my phone is on the larger side, so I had to remove all the rubber padding on the controller, and I had to shave down my phones case where the charging port on the phone is
Overall, it's very good product, buttons and all feel good, pretty much Nintendo switch like.
You just gotta make sure your device can make contact with the type c on the controller and your good to go
This is the best controller I have used on my Android phone! The direct input makes it so that there is no delay when you click a button. Buttons are kind of clicky, but not a problem in my opinion.
I would definitely recommend this controller.
on my Moto G8 Plus running android 11, not every app recognizes the controller. For most of those that don't see it, the app for the device allows you to manually set up the controllers to on screen controls, and it works well. But of course that's an inconvenience. Not sure if it's an issue with my Moto phone or with Android 11, and maybe this will get fixed in an update further down the line. In any case, the issue isn't with the controller, which comes highly recommended.
good clicky buttons all around. I've already out this though the ringer and it still holding up a month later.
I have the note 10 plus and it looks like the perfect size for this device and feels right as well. Have to take the phone out of the case to use this but that's no big deal.
